Is there an age limit?
Yes — the event is strictly 18+. Bring a valid ID or passport; every QR code is scanned and IDs are checked at the entrance.
When does the event start and when does it end?
The festival runs from 22:00 to 05:00 on 27.09.2026.
What does the Standard Ticket include?
Access to all 3 stages (Seoul Floor, Mainstream Floor, Saigon Floor), standing and dance floor access, and access to all public bars and rooftops. Not included: VIP table areas, reserved tables or guaranteed seating, and bottle service — those are exclusive to the VIP Table Ticket.
What does the VIP Table Ticket include?
Everything from the Standard Ticket — all 3 stages, standing and dance floor access, all public bars and rooftops — plus: a surprise gift (value 200 Kč), access to all VIP table areas, the ability to reserve a VIP table with bottle service, hostess service with your table reservation, access to the VIP balcony on the 7th floor, priority entry, and VIP toilets.
Where exactly is DUPLEX?
DUPLEX Prague, Václavské náměstí 831/21, 110 00 Praha 1 — on top of the building on Wenceslas Square. Metro Můstek is 2 minutes away.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. You can freely transfer your ticket to someone else — only the QR code is validated at the door, never the name. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all tickets are fully refunded automatically.
I paid but didn't receive my tickets. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If nothing arrived, email hello@asiatakeover.com and we'll resend your tickets.
